Q: All my folders and files are important to me, will I loose any?
A: You will not loose any files.

Q: Does it matter how old my computer is?
A: No, age doesn't matter, File Genie is happy to take a look.

Q: My computer is very new and runs Windows 8...
A: That’s ok, we can diagnose the problem and advise you on your options.

Q: I don't have install discs for my computer, can you still fix it?
A: In almost all cases this is not a problem.
