File Genie offers telephone support to home users. If you have issues operating your computer software, hardware or get stuck, just give Ben a call and we will help resolve the problem.

File Genie can offer you help and advice when buying a new computer or equipment. (Clients have called File Genie whilst shopping for new equipment and we have been able to negotiate with retailers on their behalf - on the spot!).

Please note we do NOT sell computers so our advice is all based on getting you the right equipment at a fair price. File Genie are also happy to help with those little things that come up from time to time and if it can sorted out over the phone it won’t cost you a penny.
