Love it or hate it card payment is becoming more and more popular, convenient and the most secure way of paying for just about anything.
As requested by many of our customers and as a part of File Genie's ongoing customer service improvement program, we have introduced the option to pay by card. We are happy to accept the payment option that is most convenient to you.
Questions
Q. Will it cost me any more to use my card?
A. Simple answer No! File Genie has negotiated a rate with our provider so that the costs are easily off set against the work saved in administration.
Q. Is it safe and secure?
A. Absolutely! This is the card payment system promoted by household names such as Apple inc and Screwfix.
Q. Is it complicated?
A. It is as simple as paying for your weekly shop or any other purchase you would make with your card.
Q. What if I would like to pay when I am at home or at work.
A. Not a problem! The chip and pin device is designed to be highly mobile without compromising on security or convenience.
Q. Can pay over the phone?
A. This system relies heavily on "chip & pin" to ensure authenticity and security and this is not compatible with telephone payments.
Q. What if the payment is for a very small amount?
A. The minimum payment is £1 (and File Genie will always keep your payment small!).
Q. Which cards do you accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, as well as Maestro Debit and Credit cards with more to follow in the coming months.
